Hey I’m pauljmcloughlin, I grew up in a tough working-class suburb of Dublin, I was a bright intelligent young man, I got on well with most people, to the outside world I looked normal. But inside was a very different story. I was crippled with fear and anxiety, I was afraid of the dark, of being alone and of being with people.

I lived trapped within a constant internal dialogue that told me I was a joke, a nobody not worth anything. I found alcohol and all that changed, drunk I was bold, confident and carefree. I became alcoholic, and I took that all the way to Rehab and eventually the streets.

My own internal demons did spark one thing however, a fascination with the human mind, with behaviour patterns and interactions. I studied everything I could on the subject. It became my passion and eventually my career.

As an Internationally accredited life coach, Reiki and NLP practitioner, as well as public speaker, I have transmuted all of my former weaknesses into strengths and using a combination of my life experience, training and deep intuition, I have developed my very own, direct, no nonsense and extremely effective coaching style and gone on to help change the lives of people from all walks of life and all levels of the social spectrum.
